orders online are given the opportunity to register for The Toy
Shoppe Online Community. Since one of the features of My Toy Shoppe
is one-step order processing, your billing and shipping information
must be on file with our Online Community. Simply join our community

How do I Register for My Toy
Shoppe? You can register now by filling out our registration form. Registration can also be done during the order process.
When you fill out your billing and shipping information you will
see fields where you will enter your requested User ID and requested
Password. Once you order has been completed, your registration
is immediately activated.
Are the items on The Toy Shoppe
web-site in stock? The Toy Shoppe handles collectibles
by world reknowned artists and manufacturers. Due to the hand-made
nature of many of these pieces, some items shown on our web-site
are not available for immediate delivery. Manufactured pieces
also have hand-made components that can delay their arrival in
stock. Unless there is an item description or e-mail or web-site
announcement specifically stating that an item is in stock, the
item may not be in stock. If you need to verify that an item
is in stock for quick delivery, or an item needs to be delivered
to you by a specific date, please indicate this in the "Shipping
and Special Instructions" field when you place your order,
or give us a call at 800-447-7995, so we can verify availability.
If an item is not in stock at the time of purchase, a deposit
will be charged (usually 25%) until the item arrives, at which
time the balance will be charged and the item sent out. If you
have chosen to pay by the AMC Plan, payments will begin and the
item will ship as soon as it is received.

How Do I Order with The Toy
Shoppe Online? Simply browse to any item on our site in
which you are interested. When viewing the item, you will see
a box toward the right with a button saying "Buy It Now!"
Clicking this button will add that item to your shopping cart,
and you may either continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
Why is my Shopping Cart Empty?
The Toy Shoppe shopping cart uses a harmless text file called
a "cookie" to track the items you wish to purchase while
browsing through our web-site. It will remember your choices for
up to 24 hours. Cookies are also used for My Wish List for Visitors.
Some people have cookies disabled on their computer. For instructions on enabling cookies in your browser, click here.
You should
allow The Toy Shoppe cart to place the cookie on your machine
for ordering purposes, and it will be removed once your order
is complete. The Toy Shoppe does not attempt to retrieve any personal
information from your computer. You will not be able to order
through the shopping cart if you have cookies disabled on your

What Does it Mean When an Item
is Marked as "Wait List Only"? Items marked for
wait list only are also marked as sold out. This means that The
Toy Shoppe has none in stock and has no prospect of receiving
more. The only time items become available to wait list customers
is in the event of cancellation of orders by other customers.
On extremely rare or popular items, it is unlikely that wait list
orders will be filled.
I'm Having Trouble Placing My
Order Online. What Should I Do? Sometimes, due to different
browsers and other issues on the world wide web, customers do
experience difficulty ordering online. You can always provide
a list of items you wish to order along with billing, shipping,
and credit card information through our secure form at the Contact
Us link if you have any difficulty with the shopping cart.

How Does the AMC Plan Work?
We will, with your authorization, charge a pre-determined amount
for your purchase each month automatically to your VISA, MasterCard,
Discover or American Express charge card on the same date. Or,
if you prefer, you may send a series of postdated checks instead
of using a charge card. for example: AMC $30.00 for 6 months would
require six $30.00 checks each dated one month apart. AMC plans
longer than 6 months are charged a one-time processing fee of
$10.00.
Can I Make Extra Payments on
My AMC? We are always willing to work with our customers
on payment arrangements, and you may make any number of additional
payments during an AMC to pay the balance more quickly on your
item.
Does The Toy Shoppe Offer Layaway
Plans? Our layaway policy requires a 25% down payment, after
which customers can pay at regular intervals until items are paid
off. Customers should pay no less than once a month. Under the
layaway plan, items will not ship until paid in full. Items can
not remain in layaway longer than one year.
What is The Toy Shoppe's Return
Policy? The Toy Shoppe has a customer satisfaction guarantee.
If you are not happy with your selection, you must call within
5 days of your receipt of the item to receive a return authorization. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
You will be responsible to ship and insure the item to be returned.
*Please note: special order items require special
arrangements, so please call The Toy Shoppe if you have questions
regarding the return policy on a special order item.
What is The Toy Shoppe's Cancellation Policy? There is a standard 10% fee on cancelled orders. In most cases, these fees can be held as a store credit for use on a future purchase.
